Wow, what a storm! Brrrr ... it was cold outside! The wood stove fire was roaring ... nice and toasty inside!
This is what greeted me this morning at Fibre Junction!
Shovel, shovel .... a path has been cleared! I love snow! It had been such a long time since we had a storm.
On the quilting front, I managed to put together this little quilt. The pattern is called Santa Quartet! by Bird Brain Designs!
I like to look at this project as being ahead for the holidays! ;o)
I have so many of these hand embroidered blocks and/or quilts done. It's finding the time to piece the top and/or machine quilt that seems to be lacking in my life. Sometimes, okay most of the time, I just want to sit and do something mindless and hand embroidery allows me to do that. Piecing and/or machine quilting requires thinking! lol
Thank you so much for stopping by! Keep well! Cheers!

You got a lot of snow, we got a morning storm, so not much. Your stitchery came out beautifully, I do enjoy stitching and mindless can give us a nice brain break;)

Wow, now that's a lot of snow to shovel. I love stitching while watching TV. Yours is fantastic.
Wow -- do you have a backache today LOL??? It's so nice to see someone else who loves the snow -- most people are complaining about it by now. Love those cute little Santas!
Looking at all of that snow makes it hard to believe that spring is just days away.
I always love your stitchings.
Oh yeah I would say you got a little snow, like you I love it and am not looking forward to spring and summer, this would mean that quilting gets put to the wayside, or little done of it.
Thanks for promoting our Canadian designers, they have great pattern ideas! your needlework is wonderful!
