I'd like for you to compare the photographs from her news letter with my photographs, which were posted on a blog entry I wrote back in June 20, 2012. All I did was save picture as from her newsletter and left her file name as is.
My photograph
Nancy Rink's photograph from her newsletter to shop owners.
My photograph:
Nancy Rink's photograph from same newsletter.
Again my photograph.
Once again, her photograph.
What are the chances? Coincidence?
What's your take on this? Inquiring minds want to know! ;o)
Thanks for your input! Cheers!

Way too coincidental that the photos would be exact and in the same positions, same lighting;) Did you check the info on the photos to see what they said, usually they say what type of camera they came from, site, etc.
Debbie
Those are your pictures, no doubt...I would e-mail the person in question and ask what's up with that!
Seriously???? Are they kidding? I would contact them too.
I would not be thrilled about that...........i would be making contact
I'm guessing that she googled the fabric line and found the photos. It doesn't excuse it. I would send her a link to your blog post and ask her to explain. It's not the worst crime in the world but I bet she would be incensed if the tables were turned. I would not let it slide.
You should start watermarking your photos. A search for scrapbooking sites will yield a lot of tutorials.
I'd say someone is copying your photos? You could be flattered???
What??? Isn´t this called stealing?
